How we operate
SMS Maintenance is a Greater Toronto Area commercial cleaning and facility maintenance company. Our work spans nightly janitorial contracts, specialty floor care, exterior power washing, and the interior trades most cleaning companies subcontract out.
Three decades in, the model is simple. Every site gets a written scope, a dedicated crew, and a supervisor accountable for inspections. Clients get one number to call and one invoice to approve.
